Privacy Policy

Who we are

Treatly AI is a product of SyncLead Solutions LLC, a California limited liability company ("SyncLead," "Treatly AI," "we," "us"). Principal place of business: Los Angeles, CA. Contact: [email protected].

This policy covers treatlyai.com and messages we send about Treatly AI. It does not cover a clinic's own website, inbox, or patient records. We do not collect patient health information on this site.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. Name, email, phone number, business or clinic name, and anything you include in the chat widget or in a message to us.
• SMS opt-in records. When you agree in the chat widget, we record that agreement (date, page URL, and the language shown), tied to the number you provided.
• Usage data. Device and browser data, IP address, pages viewed, and similar analytics, including via cookies or advertising pixels if those tools are installed on this site.
• Communications. Email, text, call, and chat records with us, including with an automated assistant.

Automated assistant

Chat, SMS, and voice interactions may be handled by an automated AI assistant. It will identify itself as automated. You can request a human at any time. It does not diagnose. It does not suggest a treatment.

How we use it

• Respond to inquiries.
• Provide and improve Treatly AI and related SyncLead services.
• Send marketing communications you have agreed to. See Terms.
• Measure site use and advertising.
• Meet legal obligations.

Text message (SMS) terms

You opt in to text messages through the chat widget on this website. When you start a chat and give us your mobile number, the widget shows you our consent language, and you agree to it before we send you a text. That agreement is your written consent to receive text messages from Treatly AI (SyncLead Solutions LLC). The chat widget is the only place on this website where we collect a mobile number or SMS consent. There is no form and no consent checkbox anywhere on this site.

If you text us first, we may send messages about that request. Promotional texts require the agreement in the widget. The full program is in our Terms.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Sharing

We share personal information only with service providers that operate our platform (CRM, messaging, email, hosting, calendar, analytics, payment processing) under contracts that limit their use to our instructions. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, or if the business is sold or merged, subject to this policy.

Cookies and pixels

We may use cookies and similar tools to remember preferences, understand how the site is used, and measure advertising. You can control cookies in your browser. Some features may not work if cookies are blocked.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or opt out of marketing, by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 45 days. We honor applicable state privacy rights, including for California and Texas residents.

Marketing email: use the unsubscribe link or email us. Marketing texts: reply STOP, or email us.

Retention

We keep personal information while we have an active relationship or as needed for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it, unless a longer period is required by law. SMS consent records are kept as long as needed to prove consent and honor opt-outs.

Children

This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. SMS is for persons 18 or older.
